These three boxes are made of walnut - salvaged from Lynchburg’s 2012 derecho. The corners joints are glued miters reinforced with splines. All the lids are bookmatched.
Oak boxes with no lids. The WoodFisch had a pyromaniac episode and took a propane torch to some of them.
Pine boxes. One lid - the dark one - is of unknown species.
